Uz potporu obitelji, brinemo o više od 1000 stabala s jasnim ciljem: Nastaviti razvijati obiteljsku tradiciju maslinarstva. Brend Olea Viola nosi ime po baki Ljubici, čime odajemo počast korijenima i vrijednostima koje su nas oblikovale.
U proizvodnji ulja naglasak je na kvaliteti, pažljivoj berbi, pravilnoj preradi i čuvanju ulja, što potvrđuju i visoke ocjene stručnih panela. Naše ulje, mješavina autohtonih i međunarodnih sorti poput oblice i leccina, iz godine u godinu dokazuje svoju izvrsnost. No, iza svakog uspjeha stoje godine tihe predanosti, učenja na pogreškama i nepokolebljive volje.
